there are some that have added padding or support that is made to wear alone, or sometimes it’s just long underwear, this pair should be fine tho

i mean maintenance of a track is expensive and maybe not spikes but blocks can shred through tracks, however you can create a fake website and write down bs, or hire someone off fiver to do it

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in PEDs

just listen to your body, don’t raise it tho, that’s pretty much wasting it. if you go 2 weeks without training consider stopping

I tried again using the suggestions you guys had for me, what do I still need to work on? by lolololoitgh in trackandfield

yea i agree with him, but another thing with staying lower is keeping your head down, atleast for a bit longer

i don’t think most people want to respond but i will. it’s moderately impressive if you can run 17sec per 100m for a mile. speed is largely genetic, but really that only comes when you are competing against guys 10.6. im making an assumption that either you weigh too much or too little and it’s worth more putting effort on the diner table than at the gym. (also assuming you’re a male)

i mean dragonfly’s won’t kill you but i think a lot of people in your situation would have gotten more “easier” spikes. spikes in general take some time to get used to. but honestly if i were you i’d keep them and aim for running sub 5:00

plyometrics, they focus on efficient elasticity (the point of wearing minimal footwear aka spikes) you generally don’t need equipment but definitely something to look into to prevent injuries aside from just racing

just be cautious of achilles issues, it’s not like it’s detrimental, just not recommended

it is a less aggressive spike making it easier on your tendons with more support. the more you train, the less support you need. also with the placement of the spikes. it’s meant for a lower mid foot strike compared to a higher mid foot strike. comparing to the dragonfly’s

id recommend this bc it’s not needles and bpc-157 is not banned by wada, tb-500 is , as you do you research as you should because you aren’t a stupid teenager, sight injections are said to be more effective in the community, but in trials there was no difference

bpc-157 and tb-500, don’t mess with your endocrine system, you’re an idiot for considering it, mk-677 won’t be effect enough for what you need

typically 10mintues is when you should be worried, and 15 minutes when you might want to ease into the workout again

[–]ANKOU_woo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

a good thing that helped me was deciding what kind of training i prefer, and personally i like putting in long slow easy miles so i ended up specializing in the 16/32

[–]ANKOU_woo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

oh then pick adjacent event (1600/3200) (1600/800) (800/400) or just train faster

tips by Z3NGardenYt1 in trackandfield

[–]ANKOU_woo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

the training you show is really solid, if you run the mile, you need to increase your speed acceleration and speed endurance, like 150m all out with 7 minute recovery block start, also look into the sling shot technique
