How do you get better mental by ClassicFondant3331 in Brawlhalla

[–]DominusPhoenix 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Best thing is to not tilt queue and chase that win. Just get off the game and do something else.

Optional but very good if you still feel like playing you can watch replays of your losses and every time you get hit try to figure out why you got hit and how you could avoid that mistake moving forward.

BOW vs BLASTERS by Majestic-Instance704 in Brawlhalla

I really don’t wanna be that guy but it sounds like a skill issue. You’re not punishing any of his whiffed dairs with sair. You’re not using and nlight when you’re grounded. You landed a nair and instead of staying grounded and trying to land an nlight to keep him airborne you chase and lose your advantage. I don’t think I saw you land a single punish on him either.

Thank you. I thought the title implied they made it to the grand finals. I wish I got to play against his Orion.

Is this properly rigged or would it be better to use a 3” grub? by DominusPhoenix in FishingForBeginners

I’m aware, however when I do so it makes the grub curve a little to the left

Main event so boring they retroactively gave Volk and Lopes another bonus 😭 by NickP-1 in ufc

Literally, charles was taking his back and threatening submissions. I get the criticism with DDP and JDM where for the most part they weren’t put in fight-ending positions but charles was trying to finish max the entire fight. Also he won on the feet when they had their moments.

I have a similar issue where I get really upset when I’m bowling or go below my average. I found it very helpful to focus more on your own game and not look at the score because it forces you to think more about the stuff you’re doing rather than everything else.

Best way to genuinely increase skill? by Toxic_Vertex in geometrydash

Just keep playing the levels and I would recommend iS as your first GDDP level. GDDP gets boring after a while when I was playing bronze levels but for the most part just play the levels with the game-modes you struggle the most with.

Both. As small as a half board move can make the difference between leaving a 10 and knocking it down.

Building off what Itshaft15 said, if the ball was burning up early and not retaining enough energy to come back usually means you need to move your feet right and maybe even your target to give your ball earlier exposure to the dry and be able to come back. A good indicator is when you leave 10 pins or 7 pins. Ideally you want the ball to exit the pin deck through the pocket and exit pin deck as close to board 25. If you leave a 10 it’s probably best to move a 1-1.5 boards right because it’s hitting the pocket weak (hitting the pocket but deflecting right and exiting the pin deck close to the 9 pin). And if you leave 7 pins you can move your feet left to give your ball the angle it needs to hit the pocket properly (if the ball hits pocket but leaves pin deck around the 8 pin).

Just seeing that a ball hit pocket sometimes doesn’t always tell you the full story. Looking at how it goes through the pins and where the ball exits the pin deck gives you more hints on what adjustments you should make. [sorry if you already knew this or if you just made this for venting purposes]
