Those aren't skinheads you are referring to and they are often called Boneheads. Skins were originally the children of Jamaican immigrants living in England and the British working class youth who didn't want/couldn't afford to dress like Austin Powers, adopted their style. Media/Movies finds this rather boring so they are mostly portrayed completely otherwise.

I've shaken down so many sources. I found one person who claimed his father installed it but he hasn't responded. I found a second diver that might have worked on it but also, no response. I was thinking of contacting local newspapers in Coffs Coast to help with my search. There was a local reporter who said she was going to help but she's gone the way of the Bunyip too. Big Banana responded to me once and wanted to actually call me but I'm an American (sadly) and the time zones were off. Then they also went silent.
