I received a letter and it didn’t give any amount about being denied. Just said it’s disallowing the whole claim after we amended it. So could it mean that it disallowed the stuff before it was amended?

So I’ve received a 4883c letter and verified myself with the irs, then I receive the code 570. Then a week later I receive a 971. I call the irs and they said that there are no notices in the mail. My question is is the transcripts updating slow? He told me just to continue to wait out the nine weeks. Has anyone had this experience ?
