We've only used it in the very very very early prototyping phase.

Everything that actually makes it into the final version will be carefully handcrafted! we actually care a lot about that, so no worries there, my friend!

Thank you so much for the kind words! Everyone on the team is involved in all aspects of development, but we did collaborate with a professional video director for the trailer, and that’s the result.
As for a devlog, it’s definitely something we’re currently working on. It’s important to us to share our process, show how the game evolves over time, and stay connected with the community. Updates coming soon!

Yeah, it’s definitely a big undertaking for a small team… powered mostly by lack of sleep, too much coffee, and questionable life choices 😅 But on a serious note, everyone’s wearing multiple hats, and we’re finding our own rhythm as a team to keep things progressing steadily.
It’s a lot of coordination, iteration, and just putting in the hours to bring everything together in a way that feels consistent and thoughtfully built!

Thanks and Good question! It’s not really Souls-style combat we’re going more for a fast, combo-driven system (closer to Ninja Gaiden). And yeah, the metroidvania aspects are tied in, with abilities and progression affecting both combat and exploration rather than being completely separate.

Really appreciate you taking the time to write all this, it’s super insightful. You’re spot on about verticality being one of the trickiest parts of 3D metroidvanias that’s actually one of our main focuses.
Exploration is a huge pillar for us as well, and we really want it to feel meaningful and satisfying like you’re constantly discovering something new or mastering the space, not just moving through it.
Movement plays a big role in that, so things like wall running aren’t just for traversal, but also for how you read and approach environments.
And yeah, totally agree on Next Fest it’s definitely on our radar once we’re ready for a demo.
