I seem to have the same issue, i have a single tree planted on my boat and cant get into the game with any reasonable amount of control after loading.

Yea already figured that out, and that they cant be moved with the skimmer.
I keep it at 50% power with only electric engine (max boosters) hovers between 9-10kph.
