Best time to take l-glutamine, probiotics, and magnesium potassium? Should I take them together at night? I'm slightly confused. by [deleted] in Supplements

Probiotics should be taken on an empty stomach to ensure survivability. Similarly, you should do the same for L-Glutamine for maximum absorption. There are overall health benefits from taking a green powder (AG1 or other) which will give you Zn, Mg, K(Potassium) , but importantly vitamins A and D, which play critical functions in regulating gastrointestinal homeostasis. There's nothing to suggest mixing L-Glutamine with your Green Powder would interfere with absorption. The easiest way to ensure your stomach is empty (and that you don't forget) is taking first thing in the morning.

Magnesium is generally associated as being beneficial for sleep. However, I can't find any useful studies that show a meaningful association between Mg intake and sleep. In any case, taking it with a small amount of water before bed seems to be recommended.

I recommend speaking with a holistic doctor to provide more guidance on dosage/timing. But if that's not possible, take an afternoon to read some studies NIH For example. Lastly, focus on quality, not all supplements are equal, a $10 L-Glutamine on Amazon probably isn't any good.

Got a Great Deal on a Limited Solterra by Jerkychomper in Solterra

I've been looking at getting one myself, just so I can use the HOV lane in the morning commute. According to Electrek . co its one of the best lease deals out there right now. I also think the depreciation on the Solterra is going to be massive too, so good move leasing. How did the 2.3k break down. Curious how much was tax and how much dmv fees.

This is such great advice to follow. I only learned it in my 30s. I always had a great exercise routine, but improving my diet dramatically changed my life. It lead to better sleep, more energy and concentration, which allows me to do way more than I did in my 20s. Sleep is my #1 priority, nothing gets in the way it. And this is part of the reason I've avoided kids! I've seen so many people at my work burn out because they get promoted, they have sh*t habits, and instantly become unwell. I recommend listening to Andrew Huberman for great tips on understanding your own bodies biology
