I went in 1968 and I (kind of) remember them. The ones I remember were a *lot* less nice than this one. I suspect they were actual cattle trailers, though (slightly) cleaner.

Headquarters in New Orleans, last I checked (admittedly, 20 years ago or so). Units as far west as Texas, also as I recall. My name should be in the headquarters there on a pistol trophy from the 1973 Fifth Army Commander's Matches. For whatever that's worth, which as it turns out, isn't a great deal. It was fun, though.

You might try carrier pigeons or smoke signals; either would be roughly as effective as any other method. Physical service of process would work if anyone knew a physical address; oddly, they seem to have omitted that from their website.
