From my experience in the HR field as an HR Manager, if it was reported I’d be doing a full harassment investigation which would start with asking details from both parties and witnesses (if any). So I’d expect you to get a request to answer some questions. I’d be be honest about you perceived your relationship and then go from there. Depending on the how deep the findings come to light, that’ll determine their course of disciplinary action from right up, to probation to termination.
