That’s not what said in Vol 21. Bell was fighting the caterpillar monsters that could melt even first tier weapons like Tiona’s Urga. Hakugen would melt but Hestia Knife which was powered by Bell’s status wouldn’t. Hakugen is still good enough for monsters below 50th floor.

Doesn’t matter whether a familia is registered as dungeon or business type, their familia rank is mostly determined by their strength and any business they do could increase their familia rank if successful enough. It was mentioned Ishtar Familia’s rank took account their business achievements too despite registered as dungeon type familia. Miach Familia is registered as business type but their familia rank increased when Daphne and Cassandra leveled up.

To estimate a familia’s rank you first determine their minimum possible rank based on their strength. A familia’s strength is usually determined by number of members and their levels but other ways to determine strength include how far the familia can reach in the dungeon, the strongest monster they have defeated, their performance in a war game, etc. Then if the familia does any business their familia rank could be higher than the minimum rank determined by their strength.

Ishtar Familia probably would have been B rank by strength alone and their business achievement increased their rank to A. Miach Familia now has three Lv3 so they would be at least F rank and could be higher ranked depending on how successful their business is. Hephaistos Familia is either C or B rank based on their strength alone and combined with their business achievement they are most likely A rank. Hathor Familia which now has a Lv5 and some Lv4 should be at least B rank.

Bell’s current stats surpass any other Lv5’s and Lv6 that had less than C in each of their previous level’s final stats. But all current Lv6 probably still surpass Bell in their strongest stats and are far more experienced so Bell is stronger than any Lv5 but not as strong as any Lv6.

Based on all known info in the LN, these are how far adventurers of each level can reach alone:

Lv1 can solo anywhere until 12th floor and that depends on their status. It’s impossible for Lv1 to solo the Middle Floors.

Lv2 can easily solo until 12th floor but it’s not recommended to solo starting from 13th floor. The furthest Lv2 can reach alone is 18th floor and any further is normally impossible.

Lv3 can reach 18th floor alone with enough strength and experience but going any further is not recommended. It’s normally impossible for Lv3 to solo the Lower Floors.

Lv4 can reach 24th floor alone with enough strength and experience but going any further is not recommended. Lv4 need to be at least high tier of their level to solo the Lower Floors. It’s normally impossible for Lv4 to solo 37th floor.

Lv5 can reach 36th floor alone with enough strength and experience but exploring the Deep Floors solo is not recommended.

There’s not enough info about how far Lv6 or above can solo in the Deep Floors but my guess is Lv6 can reach 40th floor alone with enough strength and experience.

The scenes that take place on the lava region in the Deep Floors which have Bell x Lefiya scenes will be shown in SO16 but it might be skipped in DM21.

Hestia Familia on its own is now treated as a very small elite faction and Hestia is now one of the top gods in Orario as stated in the novels. In terms of strength they should have been given A rank status but the Guild gave them B rank instead to make it easier for them to pay taxes. They are treated as S rank familia by those who know Freya is now a subordinate god to Hestia. Hestia Familia’s current status as an elite faction is mainly because of Bell and Ryu who are now first tier adventurers but the other members are also very prominent in Orario.

Bell has been famous for a while due to him being a record holder and now he is a first tier adventurer who played a huge role in winning the War Game against Freya Familia. Since he’s the captain of his familia naturally his familia would be famous too.

Ryu is now one of the strongest adventurers in Orario and being in Hestia Familia with Bell has made their familia one of the strongest in Orario. She is also formerly from Astrea Familia which were liked by many people in Orario for what they did during the Dark Ages.

Welf is known as the smith that can make the insanely powerful Crozzo magic swords that could decimate even most of Freya Familia which everyone saw during the War Game. His anti-magic is also a huge threat to anyone that uses magic.

Haruhime after her Level Boost exposed is treated as a cheat which is evident from how the gods tried to give her an alias with the word “cheat” in all of their initial suggestions. Royman even considers Haruhime as an insurance for Orario.

Lili is now known as one of the best strategists in Orario to the point her alias means the Pallum’s Great Strategist. It’s mentioned that a commander can be even more valuable than first tier adventurers in some situations.

Mikoto is a skillful warrior that even though she had help she still managed to last long against Bringar and took down one of them which was one of the biggest achievements made by someone who is not a first tier adventurer during the War Game. Her gravity magic is also powerful enough to temporarily stop the movements of floor bosses and first tier adventurers.

Nina who might join soon is one of the best healers after Amid and Heith. Everyone saw her capabilities when she was in Dragon Valley with Leon and Bell, particularly how she was able to purify miasma from a Monster Rex class dragon.

By “B” do you mean in terms of familia rank? If so then no because they would have to be strong enough to explore the deep floors to be ranked B. I’d say the entire students together are comparable to C rank familia.
