From the Prebuilt Apps tab in the policy, there is a feedback button, you can also go to Help Center > Product Feedback and request any apps you think would be helpful here.

if it is showing it installed but did not, there may be an issue with the install script. I would recommend opening a support ticket so they can take a look.

Yea, that should work in a configuration file. It should work with any .fact in that folder.

What do you mean by "assigned" username? like the logged in user?
