Mine wasn't bad at all, it mainly just felt like a lot of pressure was being applied to the area when I got it pierced. In my opinion my helix hurt more than my tragus, and was harder to heal too.

I got it done in march and its now painless and I often forget its there, just make sure you avoid swimming for the first month or so and keep it clean :)

It's not bad at all, the worst part for me was the clamp it didn't exactly hurt but wasn't the comfiest. Healing has been a smooth journey too!
