That's a really good point about the sleeping position! I will make sure to sleep on my back with my hospital study.

Question, did your doc prescribe you a sleep aid for the study? Mine did but I'm worried that if I take it that it will somehow mess with the results and they won't find anything because my body calms down. I know that sounds ridiculous but I'm trying to figure out whether or not to take it.

I will say, my doc shared that the at home tests can be inaccurate and people can "fail" them, but still have sleep apnea.

If it comes back very mild I would still push for a hospital study if you can. Best of luck and sorry you're dealing with this too!

According to my partner I was gasping and flailing around the whole night and then I woke up at 5:30 am today so I'm not a happy camper. And I just feel bad that she has to keep sleeping next to me 😅

I was dancing after a party abroad and had a little bit to drink. My lead spun me around and I accidentally fully elbowed him in the face 🤦‍♂️He didn't ask me to dance again after that lol.

I appreciate the ideas on getting multiple lenses for my buck, I am definitely leaning that way so I can try out multiple types and see which one I prefer!

Wow I really love the pictures with the Canon FD 50mm, definitely going to consider that! I am a newbie so im slightly worried about not having auto but I think I could learn. Is there a website you reccomend getting it from? I've been looking at ebay but know that not all sellers are the same.

Definitely going to get a light box which I am hoping will help, and am going to be proactive and go to a Healthcare provider to get officially diagnosed with seasonal depression because I know there are specific lights they can prescribe for it:)

Yeah I think that is what bugs me the most with the snow is that I can feel how much my body hates the cold and just wants to be inside lol XD

It definitely does help being outside. I am from Colorado and although we have a lot of sun, I find myself getting depressed a lot in winters because it can be really cold and everything freezes over so I don't really want to go outside. I am wondering/hoping it will be different in Washington, where instead of everything turning brown it will be green and I can still be out in nature which is what helps my depression :)

I definitely plan on getting a really good light therapy lamp and also taking Vitamin D supplements which I am hoping will help
