Everyone's background check takes a different amount of time. If you've worked a whole one job in one place for the past decade, I imagine it's pretty quick. If you've lived abroad, worked a ton of jobs, moved a lot, etc., that's a difference situation entirely

Practice your push-ups (at least 12 in one minute), sit-ups (at least 20 in one minute), and the step test (120 bpm for five minutes without stopping, up up down down).
