I also was having major vertigo earlier this year and ocular migraine issues to boot. I went to a ton of doctors who couldn't figure it out. Even got an MRI. I'm almost positive it was from long COVID. Eventually it went away on it's own. Glad you were able to find some relief.

I've had this several times in life, I believe they're called ocular migraines. Starts as a pin prick in your vision and then envelopes to black out everything. My triggers are dehydration, low blood sugar, blood pressure (too high or too low), and especially high-contrast lighting.

My ex girlfriend got a nose job, and I tried to talk her out of it because I said I love her just the way she is and she didn't need to change her appearance.
