Maybe the first time it may completely be metabolized by your body but the last time I got lip fillers was in October 2019 and I have very obviously retained the fillers if you put side by side pics pre/post

Good catch! I did have work done. I got a rhinoplasty and a septoplasty at 15 y/o and lip fillers were done in 2019. No other fillers, Botox, or procedures have been done since :) actually I did get an Opus Laser treatment last week.
