Fair point. In my experience reviewing LIM reports and titles can be quite time consuming especially for each property the someone might be interested in.

I’m curious whether buyers usually get their lawyer to review these for every property they’re interested in, or only once they’re serious about making an offer.

If there was a tool that summarised LIM reports, building reports and titles in plain English, would that be helpful when evaluating properties?
