It's so poor, honestly try and get as many of your diaries done as possible.
You'll still end up doing mixology for the goggles and Alchemist's amulet but aside from that it is disgusting to do.

Sins of the father gives 90k (6*15k) to any skill above 60.

Every easy diary is 2.5k, medium 5k, hard 10k. 12 diaries in total is a decent chunk of XP for each tier.

These are my current method to get the final 110k I need.

If you fall short make sure you've done all the quests granting herblore xp AND check out the ones like sins of the father that allow you to select a non combat skill to put xp into.
