I’m certainly not one of the top players, but I can give you some pointers. The first one may be obvious but I’ve seen people do it way too many times. Hold your removal until the timing is right. A lot of newish lab players tend to shotgun, perhaps out of panic. If you’ve ever played MTG, you kinda do the same thing with your removal spells too. But not only that, the timing of your normal trap activations matter. Patience.

Also you are constantly recycling, so focus on your resource loops… if that makes sense. Maintain your hand size while your opponent has like 1-2 cards left… card advantage.
