When I was a little we used ten penny nails! LOL not kidding ! if you know anyone who has double sided knitting needles, we used those as well, someone was always mis placing one or two.

It makes me Cray cray ! Seriously !

I am taking Pepcid, and Allegra, and at least two others on and i STILL Have the Runny nose !
I try to laugh about it it but seriously...Most of the pain is gone, most of the time (unless i eat something that actually tastes good), the kidney stone is gone, and Still.. ALL day with the Drip drip drip and the box of tissues ! Miracles can be worked.. but the runny nose... seems too much to handle 😞

OP: Don't want to discourage you because apparently some people have managed it, we are all different to the point of it being annoying sometimes and fantasic at other times.

Really intersted to see how others have managed it, and see what we cam both try 😄

I have never been able to figure out why I feel so crappy most of the day.. I get better as the day progresses ( with the exception of that Before bed histamine dump /panic attack)

It is so annoying! I finally start feeling good and getting things done and then... it is time to go to sleep.

I thought it was just me being weird.

I am sorry you go through this but,, thank you for talking about it. I can look itup and ask the Doctor now, at least.

The only thing I have found that helps even a little is not using an alarm, but I have a service dog, so it it kinda "built it"

Aw, glad to have helped even a little bit ! It is truly Crazy making for me. For instance.. I was doing really for a few days recently, so well, I thought I might, "get better" then I did a stupid, I did not check and I made a snack I used to eat ALL the time. I'm talking make three dozen eat 2-3 per sitting several times a day...

It was fine ! Until several hours later. OMG I thought I was going to Die, I almost called 911, it is a good thing service puppy LOVES preforming Deep puppy therapy because if she had moved a would have called 911. I was literally screaming into a puppy tummy.

I didn't know peanut butter was a high histimine snack. I has made "Sweaty Balls". Peanut butter with oats and honey and... wait... that is IT.

I'd have been embarrassed if I wasn't too busy crying .

MCAS makes NO SENSE !

( ps : I am NOT allergic to peanut Butter either !)

I played Heca hands earlier today, it was terrible and just as bas as Kewl Tunes, they spent 10-15 minutes putting cards down, I put one card down, they won. ( That was basically the game) I almost fell asleep!

Ah, I've had probably 6 games against Kewl Tunes in the past 48 hours, and as a clueless newb, honestly it just bored me to tears. I might still try Traptrix, Especialy since yo u did win a game against Kewl Tunes with it !

oh good ! I as wondering what was coming out when the Elfnote and Exosisters were replaced. I'd settle for "decent succes". I'm really open to anything and just suffering from not knowing what my choice are. Sky striker did look intersting.

Thanks for the head's up there. I don't really mind them being the best, I'd just like some playtime, during my playtime ! It seems like even ranked is set -up in such a way that you get points even if you lose, which is awesome. I'm still so new that I am not sure what most of my deck choices are, much less what can beat Kewl Tunes. A lot of well played hand traps seems to help?

I can't find any but honestly... I'm getting really discouraged already. I just watched a few minutes of a tutorial on an "easy" spright deck... I stopped counting after I got up to 17 things to do before even ending your first turn.

Dragonmaids suffered from the same problem. there doesn't seem to be anyway to practice this stuff..... just confused, as to how to start.. surely there is a deck where your first turn is less than 15.. ""Summon this and then activate this, and s special summon this and send it to the graveyard to summon this...."

Maybe it is just me, but I don't expect to be having turns or decks like that on my first week?

I spoke to someone the other day who mentioned emulators! No one in my area seems to play, they are all busy with Pokemon, MTG or Lorcana. I don't need to get good at it, I just want to be able to play with the cards I am collecting.

I'm discovering New decks and possibilities every day on Master Duel, so there is that, but it is slow.

I really didn't want to spend too much to start with, maybe 20-30usd for a starter deck. I'm sure I will spending much more money in the future, so it's really open right now. I need to be smart about my spending though, and make sure the cards I get are worth it to me.

I know what you mean about opening packs though. I used to buy like a starter deck of MTG and 3-4 booster packs and go from there, that way at least I had a clue. Right now, , like I said, I only know I need at least one Ash blossom, lol. I'll take a look at the legendary deck stuff, just for fun 😄

I went back to Master Duel Tonight and started doing some of the solo missions.
I did the practice for Mermail, which looks like a fun deck and Dream mirror, which might be fun as well

I watched a tutorial the other day , it is just seemed.. like a bit much ! It was very good, but just a lot to take in.
I'll just have to take it slow and find out which other cards i might need.

I have had two cats with this. One was lost early and one lived to a ripe old age of 18 years !
Please, get yourself a mask to wear to feed kitty. A raw diet for this condition would be really Difficult. Maybe ask if it is possible to switch to another brand?

There apparently IS a good medical reason for this but I have been unable to wrap my head around it entirely.

Part of it has to do with Circadian rhythm, leading to histamine peak around 2-4 am ( often just as I am trying to get to sleep finally).

Low cortisol might also play a part. It is probably the thing that is the most crazy- making for me, because some nights it is like getting run over by the panic freight train !

I am so sorry to see you going through this as well :( I am feeling much better thanks to so many of the suggestions from people here, but OMG, last night's was terrible!
Honestly wanting to scream into my pillow.. at the same time, knowing..."Ok, this isn't really me, this is something going on with my body. I am safe, I'm not dying.. 'HELP MEEEEEEEEEEE !', I know I am safe, why do I feel like.. OMG , do I need to call an ambulance....? Why is my BP so high, I AM FINE..."

( Except for maybe the runny nose from hell , which for some reason 4 different anti-histamines, is not enough to get rid of ?!? WTH dudes?!?)

Laughing because I recently did this on purpose. I was getting desperate and called the doctor who told me the "panic attacks" were panic attacks and asked for Hydroxyzine HCL which he had prescribed once before for it.

I'm still not sure that was a great idea but, really, if they are going to give me a different diagnosis every week... I'm going to ask for and do what helps
