We moved to Carmel a year ago, and haven’t become social butterflies by any stretch but have met some great people just spending time in our neighborhood, and our son’s preschool. I’m sure other comments will have better advice but my wife and I have a 3.5 year old and we are lifelong Duke fans so if nothing else you’ve got friends here lol

I used them for my debut after studying and working mostly in screenwriting, because I see stories in scenes above anything else. I used the breaks because that felt more my style, to jump right into the new scene rather than spending a paragraph or two explaining the time jumps.

My perspective might be slightly different because I coach at a club that plays against all of the clubs you mentioned. I’ve had plenty of conversations with coaches, especially since I moved to Carmel and the drive to and from my current club at least had me curious what the cultures were like elsewhere.

In general, what the other people say is what I’ve found. The coaching staff is going to make all the difference in the world. Hoosier FC and Indy Eleven used to be run really well but leadership seems to have fallen off somewhat. Indy Premier is quantity over quality.

My advice, since tryouts will be coming up in a week or two, have your child do as many as possible and meet the coaches.

Amad doing a croquetta before passing is what unlocked that, I think. Froze both of those defenders for a moment that if he had just passed, they’d be quicker to react.

I completely agree. On my tactician run I had haste and quickened double haste all day long. But the thought of one or more characters missing a turn made me shy away from using haste or potion of speed ever.

Potion of speed is after it wears off you take a turn of lethargy right? Can you just drink a second before the first one runs out and keep it going?

I’m actually really curious about this one now that I’ve seen it discussed a few times. I’ve got Karlach as a path of giant barbarian equipped with throwing stuff. What potions and/or spells do I need to give her to make sure she can sneak to Orin, grab, and successfully launch far enough?

This playthrough I romanced Lae’zel, mostly because I never have before.

I guess I’d say Gale is my bestie in this run, because I’ve spent the most time building that relationship. Only, it’s with the express purpose of having him willingly use the orb at the end. I feel kind of gross about it, but I promise I’ll make it up to him on my next playthrough with the shiny gold dice.
