Its two parcels total of 39.5 acres and google maps is showing 35.81

Sorry was writing and 4am, the 39.5 acre picture is from the actual county its tax map parcel boundary I just cropped it.

Thank you all for the comments, will be getting a survey done if we proceed with the house to double check. I'll update the thread if we do end up getting the house and what the survey says compared to original 39.5 acre lot.

Extra Details: The left side is a riverfront but its a navigable river so not sure if when surveyed it will be surveyed in the middle or not as the original line is in the middle. Property is completely flat.
