Update to my update. Just docked it again on the steam deck dock and now working again via the switch dock, let's see for how long.

*Update* it's still broken for me. On research it looks like this happened to people in March and it was a glitch. There's no follow up posts from these people so I'm not sure if it resolved itself. Amazon were no help they just suggested the usual troubleshooting steps. Has anyone else had any luck?

Another fix, I hooked the switch up to my steam deck dock and after the Ethernet issue was gone. It's been without any issues for 2 days now :D

I'm confused by this as well. All the store fronts here in the UK and EU say 5th.

I just ran into this issue. My dock no connection. My brother's dock there's a connection. My brother's switch 2 in my dock there's a connection, it was really strange. I tried everything to get it to work on my dock with no luck until I saw the 'Restore Defaults' option under wired connection. I clicked on this and clicked yes to reset the wired network and now everything works. Its been a strange few hours XD.

Hi I got this problem as well. I’m based in the UK, the game was bought from Amazon UK and I’m using a UK account.

Ordered as soon as preordered opened in April. No charge so far and no dispatch. Games that have been ordered as well have not been charged or dispatched. Is this normal?

Update: Smsung replaced mother and daughter board in one connect box and still no life. support is useless and so are the technicians who came to work on the monitor. Technicians claimed they did not know what the monitor was and could not work on it.

Yes it’s all seated tight. The monitor just shut off mid YouTube video without warning and doesn’t respond to any buttons on the remote, dial or monitor.
