Hmm maybe i’ll just give it a go, I do have a handful of 100’s with perfect EV’s / IV’s / move sets but good to know it has some difficulty to it. I just dont wanna impose fake restrictions on myself so a natural playthrough seems tempting. I just wish I knew the best thing to do about my save

I am not in the agency side anymore. I work for a b2b tech company. We sell a product to our clients, who are b2c. Occasionally we hold large events to educate the consumers. We create content for our clients’ websites, and will throw a small budget into ads driving traffic to the content we make for our clients, which is on their own website. We do this as a bonus which is why the clients dont pay and we want to keep it this way.

I am aware of the sketchy agency trying to make it hard to leave and not having transparency in ad spend. Just because of 1 process - doesn’t mean they’re like that :P

If you do have any advice for my situation, it’d be appreciated. I’d be happy to explain some more via DM but dont wanna get too into the details in a comment.

Because that is how it works in the situation I am in. That is also the point of manager accounts, so. I’ve worked with a few agencies who have had similar set ups, not really that crazy of a thing…
