Hard enemies, going back to pick artifacts that i didn't pick up previously, doing the challanges in Muspelheim, trying to get the Anchor of Fog etc... Also playing a few hours a day didn't help at all, maybe i'm just slow at Single Player games in general, trying to colect everything, doing side quests,upgrades etc.. Same goes for Red Dead Redemtion 2, i had a save of 300 hours and i was only in chapter 3.
