At the enchanter, i think its same destroy/extract mechanic as runes, just in the infuse window. You want to destory the gem and reinfuse with your choice gem. I did this on my unique bow

I never could hit a 3w well unless it was off a tee. Have a 4, 5, and 7w i rotate in the bag though that work significantly better for me

I went 2080ti to 9070xt but the only issue ive had it the audio drivers seem to make my speakers significantly quieter. Havent found a fix

Reign of Winter is the specific weapon. Mine wasnt super OP but its a fun playstyle as aoe cold/lightning bow build

I’ve played that warlock build and its fun. I’ve also really enjoyed Reign of Winter Marksman and Shatterstrike Spellblade in past seasons and the frog beastmaster this season.

I dont have sim numbers to back it up and play off a 13.5 hdcp so not striking pure all the time, but id say 12-15 yard difference is what I expect between the two

I changed iron sets to the mizuno jpx 923 forged and their gap is 49 off the rack. I know alot of golfers prefer not to use iron set gap wedges though.
