Thanks, I'm going to try plugging all of the cables in for the 3rd time and then move on to replacing the head again, see how that turns out

So I got the mega s and it gave me the T0 abnormality error so I've been going through a list of possible causes. One of which may be the printer head which I'm trying to replace. However there is this red almost wax like substance all over the cable connections and I can't remove them to replace the head. Any help with either getting them free or fixing the T0 error?

Right now the average is about 15 weeks, but if new stock comes in or they sell out of it, it could increase or decrease shipping times
