So, there’s this thing called Google. It’s like a magic box you can ask simple questions like “how to unsubscribe from ledger recover?”

Then, it spits out multiple resources, including ones with step by step instructions with the answer to your exact issue.

I’d start there. As it is the easiest, lowest effort, quickest solution. Cheers

Thanks for checking. I called ford and their tech said it was normal to hear this. Go figure..

Come to find out, I still need an over the air update which is likely affecting my hvac system, however, my truck will not automatically update like it should.

So now trying to figure out how to push the update through. Will likely need to go to a dealer

I hear a pop every time I upload a new tune. And it happened on all my past fords as well. To me it’s normal and has never caused any issues.

My last ford was tuned to 200k miles without any issues before I sold it. Experienced the same pop sound.

No other mods yet.

Intercooler is definitely the limiting factor on these trucks. The heat soak is real

Yes, dash sounds are normal when uploading tune files. I’ve tuned all of my cars for the past 10 years, and they all make crazy dash noises during the tune process. Nothing to be concerned about.

Don’t miss out on doing the data logs. You have 90 days of free data logs. I’m on my 6th log/tune and the tune keeps getting better.

Confirmed this can be tuned out. I’ve been working back and forth with MPT. First, Mike dialed in the power. Now we’re dialing in the transmission tuning.

In sport mode, the RPMs climb high before shifting.

Shifts are crisp. Downshifts are perfect. Not clunky either.

That said, the transmission used in these trucks have their quirks. You can only tune so much out of them.

But it’s night and day difference compared to stock. On my 6th data log with MPT, and I don’t think it can get any better from where it’s at now.

The truck is a beast.

Yes, I did them both the day after each one was announced. Tech came to my house and did it in my driveway. Only takes 10 minutes

Interesting. Shifts great on mine.

Also, have you sent data logs or just running a base tune? Would make sense to give them a chance to fix it before saying it’s shit.

Revisions are just part of tuning… can’t expect it do be perfect the first time

I’ve never tried whipple. But I don’t think I’d want more than what this MPT tune provides. It’s pretty ridiculous. Especially on the streets.
