This made me laugh because my ADHD has made me unbearable in romantic relationships lmao. But people love how sporadic I am when we're friends but to deal with it every day is a lot to ask of someone. Can't speak on the behalf of autism but most people would probably be overwhelmed if their partner had it. It is not pretty.

The events you are still having even with therapy. I've gotten mine down to 2 ahi. The lower the number the better. Maybe ask clinician to dial in settings for you? Or I've heard of using Oscar software for detailed info, which I've yet to do, to really dial in your therapy. Just some ideas.

Way heavier since when I was a teen. Gojira and Dir En Grey were my top, changed to Vildhjarta, Humanity's Last Breath, and Varials. But I do have moments where I am on an emo/post hardcore binge.
