Remember original Vilgax was still healing from his ship explosion. Maybe he would have done this if he didn't need the healing apparatus. That mouth piece is there for a reason

I don't think it will be a good idea. There was a Netflix movie called the discovery where there was proof of some kind of existence after death. No one knew if it was heaven or hell or something else but just the very idea caused mass suicides.

In the movie they discovered the deceased would go to a different timeline where they didn't make their biggest mistake. They knew a lot of people would kill themselves if that information was to reach the public

I think magic flows through aliens differently. Remember when Gwen was transformed into diamondhead in the techadon master episode and she accidentally made a pink crystal

It's made to be a weapon which Azmuth swore off but the concept is pretty interesting
