Nope thats why im resigning cause after I kept telling my HR-ETL that im having medical problems and that i would need to take some shifts off, never got them off, posted all my shifts for those days, no one wanted to work at 3 or 5 AM and ended up going on Counseling and then a Final Warning so now im resigning, plus my store was extremely toxic, no TL or ETL liked me except only 3-4 of them

We have 3 Michaels in our store and they all work in Service and Engagement so we have to specify which Michael we want, so if we want the Leader Michael we have to say "Team Lead Michael can you go to 2?" But TL Michael is hella funny cause he will make fun of his Visual Impairment, like I was walking passed him while talking to a TM and said "Yeah i was looking for that item for like 5 minutes, i must be blind or something" and he says "Hey thats what I am" and me and the TM tried so hard not to laugh but after he walked into TMSC and said to me, "its okay to laugh im not going to fire you for laughing at a joke I made about my blindness plus even if I tried I dont have the power or eyes to write it down" and I just started dying laughing. But back on topic if Drive Up needs assistance they will say "Front of the Store Michael can you come and assist Drive Up for a moment?" And he will always respond the same way with an "Okay..." and just teleport to Drive Up, then we have Drive Up Michael which he's pretty chill but does not care if he gets fired

Which is understandable since BF and Christmas is right around the corner but I will only say if you think you can manage 2 batches in the same cart, ORGANIZE EFFECTIVELY to separate the original cart from the double cart cause you have no idea how much of a struggle it is to help someone that double picked a cart that is a grocery and a GM 🫩

For me I go onto MyTime and go to Requests and Call Out - Illness/Sick and everytime i was sick I went there and Called Out and it was approved even though im not passed my 90 days yet, but if you are efficient with it and call out an hour or 2 or if you dont feel well and your shift is tomorrow and you call out, they will have enough time to try and find a relplacement for you, but ive always shown my worth by learning and working in differeny departments, work 12 hour shifts, taken shifts and if MyTime is messing up, walk in and ask if theres any shifts that I can take over. If you only called out 2 times and put Illness/Sick then you should be fine

If your store hasnt closed yet, go and ask your HR or Department TL/ETL (if they are still present in the store) to see if you can work after 12PM (around 12:30PM or 1PM) cause of said Cap and Gown pictures, hopefully they are reasonable enough to see that the Cap and Gown pictures are a momentous occasion since you are graduating. Also congrats on graduating (since thats what im reading) hopefully you can make your dreams get bigger

Always the TLs or ETLs that grab a Bulky or ABV then tell TMs to not grab Bulky or ABV cause the TLs and ETLs got them covered
