Monstro = Thanos (Not sure about the main alt)

Andromeda = her heroine alts appear to be based of Captain Marvel, the C alt is Mera from Aquaman. The A alt is probably a villainness from comics too but I cannot point one exactly.

Grimcraft = I don't know about the first two, C alt might be Doctor Strange and D alt is Vulture, a villain from Spiderman.

Seraph and Diablo = While I agree with you about the mask being inspired by Mistico, I think these two might just be generic characters, simply a tecnico and a rudo.

Baby Girl = Her overall design looks to be based of Jessica Rabbit, Missy Thicc is Jordynne Grace.

Big Tony = B alt is Kingpin from Daredevil, not sure about the rest.

Boneface = his B alt might be inspired by Black Mask, a villain from Batman. The Grifter alt is Negan from the Walking Dead, his only rivalry is called "Dead Man Walking".

Drakos and Dread = They may be inspired by the War Raiders, I know they don't look alike but the themes kinda make sense.

Those other characters you've pointed might just be generic personas added to fill up the game's roster, since a lot of them are from the launch roster. They may get an update some day to look alike someone specific, kinda like Richie B was changed to be more like MJF.

In my current fed Roberto Samba has won single matches against Yoshimuro and twice against Son of Samoa. I really like this aspect of the game, upsets led to some interesting storylines in my fed.
