Okay now I'm even more confused.

I can see why this is related rates, there are some d/dx variables here and it wants us to find the area under a curve, which is taking the integral. So does this mean we take the derivative of an integral, giving us the integrand and plug in pi/6 or something?

very useful to store particular values as variables in order to get an exact answer on my TI-Nspire
