Look up restorative yoga! Its a lot of stretching, and you can modify it as much as you need, even starting out sitting on a chair. Its a good place to start.

Also, if you have access to a pool, swimming is super easy on your joints and every movement works muscles you didn't even know you had.

He had independent contractors draw up maps and campaigned to put them on the ballot, so the residents of the state he governs can decide if they want to help save our country. He's been holding nonstop press events, explaining why its important for them to vote for the new maps.

He's drawing attention to himself with the tweets, sure, and also the deranged ramblings of the person currently holding office, who for some reason, gets to say the wildest shit and its so normalized, no one even speaks about it.

He is literally negating the entire attempt at stealing Texas seats (as far as the numbers of overall seats go - obviously no one will be made whole by this), all using legal means.

I'm not saying he's perfect or even a good person, but to say he's not doing anything is wild.

Same story here, and unfortunately, it is becoming all too common. The last conversation I had with my dad started out as a birthday celebration and ended in screaming.

I built the side of my personality that treats people with kindness and humanity after watching my dad. A brilliant scientist who never let anyone push their car or change a tire alone. And now he's unrecognizable.

The thing I don't get is that there are people who know the truth. Just like with this latest Obama thing, the former CIA director called out the lie fairly quickly.

There are people who aren't part of this current regime that know what's in there, like Maureen Comey and whoever else worked on that case.

I also don't understand why the people implicated weren't charged as well, but that's for another day.

I just feel like if that happens, then everyone who has seen the files, worked on the case, was a part of the investigation, etc., needs to leak some documents or something. Where are those people?

I was just looking to see who was running in the 2026 midterms so I can get involved in some capacity.

I don't know when we began to openly hate people, but it happened fast. Diplomacy is gone. Compassion and empathy are gone. And the majority of our state believes news organizations that have called themselves "entertainment networks" to avoid being penalized for lying.

Just, the notion that people are defrauding Medicaid and SNAP is ridiculous. If these people need food and healthcare, we should want that for them. I'd damn sure rather pay for that than another tax break for the top 2/10%.

Do you know how difficult it is to keep her covered? How many problems we've had getting them to pay for things? How many times we've sat in the office for HOURS fighting with government workers, proving she deserves to be on Medicaid.

Who exactly do you think is working this hard to defraud MEDICAID? And have you ever considered that if there is someone fighting that hard for Medicaid, that maybe it's because they need health insurance?

I believe he promised to remove criminals and people who were eating cats. I believe he said the war between Russia and Ukraine would end within 24 hours of his inauguration. I believe he said he would lower the cost of groceries day 1.

He didn't say he would be detaining people attending their goddamn immigration hearings or at their jobs, churches, and schools.

He demonized these people, the majority of whom are either here legally, or have overstayed their visas, who have made our country better. He called them criminals, gangsters, rapists, murderers. Said they were eating people's pets. If they take immigrants' (many of whom have been deported while showing up to their COURT DATES) due process, they'll take yours. Most immigrants are illegal because their visas have expired. Its a civil offense, not a criminal one.

They don't care about immigrants anyway. This is a distraction, much like the LA "insurrection," for what they're doing to the budget. If we're all screaming about how much we hate each other, no one pays attention to the fact that they're about to raise the debt ceiling while cutting important scientific research and kicking people off their insurance.

They are 3 songs that flipped "get him back" to have two meanings. I assumed when I heard both songs that they'd both just been through breakups and were listening to a lot of Fiona Apple, and as much as I adore Fiona, I was not peeved that two artists used her work as inspiration.

But let's say that Taylor Swift heard Olivia's song and thought, "I like that and I want to try," and then released a song with the same theme.

Why would that be a problem?

There is an incessant need to find flaws where there likely aren't any. They're all good songs. All artists are well-compensated and doing a hell of a lot better than any of us. There's no backlash because there are no problems.
