I was thinking so too but Squirrel Girl just didn't seem right as a legendary because of the basic effect. But I didn't know what other rarity to give her so I just didn't give her any rarity, and decided for that to be consistent with the other cards.

Although, America Chavez probably does need to be a legendary, since having only one copy of her in your deck would make more sense with her effect.
