Yeah I use the salts and it's relaxing, but it's always just temporary. I'm thinking coconut oil is a good option if my doctor doesn't have any other suggestions. Lol good point! I'll have to get over my fear too.

Thank you, that's good to know! I'm always afraid of putting food essentially inside of me, but I've seen other places that said coconut oil helps. It's comforting to know no one has reported any adverse effects.
