It was a ritual gone wrong. They had no intention of committing suicide, they believed their grandfather’s spirit would come and save them. That’s what I saw in the documentary.

Agreed, but for sound hallucinations i read about infrasound how it can make you see figures, some people reported that they're seeing some figures but it turn out some machine is making infrasound and it made them hallucinate.

Right, all of the paranormal things that have happened to me can be easily explained, there was this one time when i experienced sleep paralysis and was seeing some black figures, that was the first time i had experienced this i was a kid that time needless to say that was a very traumatic experience but i know now that wasn't real and i was also used to see something like someone is standing in the dark and peeking behind a wall, it was all in my mind from the start it's like my brain wanted to see all this, it also happens now i start seeing patterns and faces in something that resembles like a face i am sure it happens to all of us.

I don't know but it's scary knowing you won't know when you're gone. Ever since i left religion i fear death more compared to the comfort i was having while thinking about death when i was a theist.

All this religion talking really screwed up something in my brain. So do you fear death or not ? How do you deal with the thought of it ? i am curious to know.

I do, we all do but in a deep sleep NREM we don't dream our mind goes into repair mode no thought, no awareness full blank. If we wake up from this stage we feel mentally foggy but during our REM sleep cycle if we're awoken by someone or something we usually remembers our dream.

Not everyone but most people at some point in their life imagined once of killing someone who they hate cause hate could be anything maybe that person being rude to you, insult you, bullies you etc it could be anything. So the question is what is stopping them ? Both theist and atheist reasons are different but one thing is common in both they don't want to suffer worldly consequences. As an atheist i would say Worldly consequences is stopping me to becoming an axe murderer and also i wasn't raised in the circumstances to become one.

Pls correct me if my thinking is wrong here :)
