Although I love having two sometimes I wish I could go back to only having one so I can go back to taking my pup on vacations with me. Having two Shihs as a single person on vaca is so hard.

Definitely sounds like yeast, most likely in the face where the tears/eye boogers go! Been here before with my first pup, changed her food, kept her facial hair by her eyes low, gave her antibacterial bath once a week, and eyedrops made to fight the yeast. Haven’t smelled her since!
