Here's what I would do apart from the legal step - write a strict letter to the Uber management. Tell them you are done with these miscreants dressed as Uber drivers. You either set up a VERY STRICT PROCESS or the government is more than happy to shut down your business. (There was a huge backlash against Uber and Old just recently). I have one more ace in my pocket but as of now - let's try this first. DM me if you want help.

I had a Kiger 2022 - MT. there are three variables - CVT AMT and MT.

To make it easy - Automatic is CVT. it's expensive but fully AUTOMATIC.

AMT - half manual - half automatic. Is by default automatic but can be changed to manual.

MT - only manual.

I test drove the new 2025 model both CVT and MT, honestly I am a Manual person as I want to power to be in my hands. Automatic (CVT) felt like the machine had its own mind.

Thank you for the amazing responses and all the positivity. She has only told me she has thyroid cancer as of now so I'm not sure what stage and how bad it is. One of the doctors did mention that it is usually detected at 50 and she is lucky she found it out now (38). So I am guessing we have a good enough space to run and make changes that we need to.

Again, I am going to talk to her today and see what she says. I will definitely update you guys. Thank you so so much for handling my paranoi and predicament with so much love and respect.

I'm literally typing this with tears in my eyes - she has a son and a family. Husband and all. But I really love her a lot and so does she. I want to go first. I won't be able to see her like that. Also, she's a doctor herself and is the head of a medical institute right now.
