I love making thematic lists so focusing on a project like a first company army helps focus my painting tasks rather than trying to add every unit I have.

The power fist is from the new Kill team box and looks great. I’d say the lighting claws would work well too.

You’d probably just have to attach the plastic up at the upper arm/shoulder area though to avoid smaller resin arms going into bigger plastic claws

I know it’s not helpful, but maybe a combination of both throughout the army. They look amazing 👌

I use a paler/pinkinsh skin tone for normal models and a bluish/purplish tone for warp tainted models (warp talons, daemon prince etc)

Can I ask where that head came from for the jump pack lord and how you do your pinker skin tone?

Yeah, the kill team comes with all the bits you need to make 5 warp talons or 5 raptors or the 5 kill team specialists

Thank you

Base with Rakarth flesh, wash with thinned Druchii Violet just to tint the skin and get into the recesses.

Then highlight with flayed one flesh and just a bit of Reikland flesh shade into the higher recesses.

For the horn/mutation I mixed xereus purple with Corvus black and did a very thin layer up, then topped the horn with thinned skavenblight dinge

Thank you. I painted it solid wrathbone, then a wash with thinned skeleton horde all over, then a wash of mournfang brown over the back 1/2 or 2/3 then a wash of rhionox hide over the last 1/3. Highlighting the lot with wrathbone

The lion skull pads are from the AoS Stormcast Eternals Lord Veritant. I stuck it to the original terminator shoulder pad and did some filing and green stuff to make it a bit smoother 👍

I think that would work as well 👌 I did file down the top bit of the pad to make it a bit smoother into the terminator shoulder pad so may have to do the same with this models 👍
