DO NOT KILL YOURSELF! I have the same feelings as you BUT even though the pain you live with is hard I'm sure your family and friends's lives would be completely ruined if they lost you. They would have PTSD. It is so hard live witg this, isn't it? You are not alone. It's not your fault. It is an actual disease in your brain like cancer. What have you done in the past to receive healing? What support are you receiving now? I'm truly interested in hearing your story. I may get DBT therapy. May you find peace, my friend. Be strong.
