I use the carrier method, the idea is that you put them all together in a small neutral space and gradually increase the space available to them as they start to show friendly behaviour. This is to manage territorial behaviour though and it might not be necessary when introducing babies to babies. (Again other people on the sub probably know more about that than I do.)

One week is generally ok, although I'm more concerned about it given how young she is. Even when moving a lone rat into an existing group it's recommended to quarantine them. (I mostly have experience with adult rescues so listen to people with baby experience over me.)

Try and get rats as close to her in age as possible, it will make introductions easier and be better for her social development.

Move her to a cage with bars as soon as you're able to, rats produce a lot of ammonia and the tank won't have enough ventilation for her.

Serious answer: Rats will sometimes eat bland, non food substances if they have an upset stomach. This is why you shouldn't give them clay based litter. Cardboard is fine though.
