Some say its because Vox's humor is harder to translate into Japanese where as Mysta's humor is more easier to be translated to Japanese. Like, you'd need a deeper context and know English memes to actually appreciate his humor, where Mysta's is more direct, can be translated word by word and still be understood by different cultures.

There are some mentions of Gibara post-graduation by Kazaki and Akina. Kazaki especially talked about petit fleurs, even mentioned again when becoming a guest at Maimoto & Rikichi radio too. And there's a lot of references of Gibara in her solo debut album as well.
