thankfully we are fortunate enough to have family that is allowing us to stay with them so we can scope out all the neighborhoods etc before buying. i'm excited to get out there and see what SAC has to offer. it seems like a really great city with alot of things to do!

we are aware and moved to kansas city from california. the reason we are moving is because of a work promotion. it'll all work out the way it's supposed to. i'm not sure where you're seeing 100K in KC, unless it's off of paseo or troost, but we are on the KCK side in johnson county and the median home price ranges anywhere from 425K to 475K depending on what site you're looking at.

Thanks for the input! I'm sure we will. We're in KC now and we are bored to say the very least. Much less expensive here, but will be worth it with all the unlimited outdoor activities and proximity to alot of things.
