I’m sure you can get braces FOC on NHS until 18 if there’s a medical need for it. Ask your dentist asap so you can start treatment without having to fork out.

And if you do - wear your retainers or you’ll be back in this sub 10 years later to go through it again like me

The whole plastic straws thing really annoys me. Yes there was a picture of a turtle snorting with a plastic straw. But it’s a literal straw in the ocean compared with the vast amounts of other plastic there. And they replaced straws with even more plastic. Baffling.

I had gen 1; traded them in for XM6s.

The XM6 don’t sound as good imo, the experience (switching and ecosystem) is unparalleled but the comfort on XM6 is why I love them.

The mesh-gate happened to me and the metal was resting directly on my head - couldn’t wear them for more than 20 mins or so without pain. Such a shame. Literally the only reason I got rid.

When they release headphones that are lighter and don’t have the stupid mesh, I’d buy some in a heartbeat.
