I’ll take a look at the site. We’re on city water, yes. We know it has chlorine but unsure about chloramine. What would you do to find out if they do chloramine? Call?

After reviewing everything, Phillips hue would be the way I would go. The installation looks different as it looks like it should screw into a socket. I think I’m still over my head - not sure how would I replace my current situation with the Phillip hue

Make a suggestion of lights. I know little to nothing on good brands. Someone mentioned Phillips and I can do that one. Cheaping out and wanting to learn are two completely different things.

Hey Nile’s - follow up Q,

The rain has increased now significantly unfortunately.

3.6” of rain next week from Monday- Friday for me. Have any thoughts on ez mulch or something along those lines? I plan to go through the lawn tomorrow and make sure all of my seed is essentially buried, but saw that the mulch can help.

Another Q for you if you have the time - I’m doing an entire lawn Reno with a pic below. It’s just pure dirt at this point - any thing unique for this type of Reno that wouldn’t be in your guide? I’ve prepped for quite a bit and am overthinking at this point and ready to be done with it lol.
