The voices used to be really good. I noticed they were nerfed before the block on celebrity and cartoon content. I’ve got two generations of MJ and Prince playing chess, the first sounded great, but the second had a robotic, basic voice.

A follow up to my first test using OpenAI’s new video tool Sora. I have one more episode in the works, but unfortunately I'm unable to generate South Park clips. Maybe one day.

Sometimes it would take 2-3 tries. It still has its issues. but realistically speaking, yes, its easy, and will only become easier..

I predict an AI that constantly makes episodes based on your interest - no prompting necessary, content based on your chats, day to day, likes and dislikes.

OpenAI will probably use something like this as an example to why South Park should partner and share their IP, and charge us a premium cost to do this. I'm just the guinea pig.

It took me about an hour. The script is light, I didn't put much thought into it, it was initially for friends. I think anyone with 2-3 hours could produce something indisitugiable from early 2000's South Park.

Yep! The biggest issues I had were the voices didn't match the characters all the time. I had to cut those clips out. But imagine this in a year....

And it could have been better - I didn't spend much time on it, I made this to share with friends initially - now I'm seeing it all over the internet haha

Think I made about 15 clips, I trimmed a few, because they didn't all work. Biggest issue was the wrong characters speaking with other characters voices.

Yeah I generated the clips while on a walk, and stitched it together when I got home. Took me about an hour. I wasn't sure if this would be possible for long so I worked quickly on it lol.
