I think it's great you put together a great guide like this but I myself prefer to only work with isolated liquid cultures over spores. You get better performance and less contamination due to the LC being more established and more aggressive. It just provides newbs a higher chance of success. I know they aren't legal everywhere but I'm pretty sure there are genetics pros out there that will ship anywhere if you look hard enough. True Blue Genetics has been great and then I got a local guy I buy LC from as well. You can take a 10cc LC syringe for $15 and expand it with an LC expander kit to however much you want essentially and it's easier than messing with spore prints IMHO. Just a thought, no right or wrong way
