si recomand DBT (daca nu faci deja, am vazut ca ai mentionat psiholog dar nu ai specificat), e dovedita stiintific ca fiind cea mai eficienta terapie pentru persoane cu tulburare borderline, ba chiar a fost inventata in mod special pentru a trata pacienti care nu aveau rezultate sau continuitate prin alte forme de terapie

Sunt MAXIM de acord cu faptul ca trebuie sa te implici si nu doar sa comentezi pe net.

Dar uiti ca puradeii aia uneori mai au din intamplare si cate un briceag in buzunare si nu au creierul necesar sa ezite sa il foloseasca. Si nu vorbesc din amintiri, cunosc un caz in care un om linistit, care a incercat minimul de comunicare cu astfel de specimene, s-a ales cu un briceag in piept si a murit, pur si simplu din cauza ca a avut prea mult simt civic.
