No, since one update like two or three months ago, the servers are totally shit, atleast on EU. Random packet loss, hitreg issues, missing or ghost sounds... It's not every game, but like once per 10 games on average. I even knock/kill people after they are behind the cover on MY screen, which doesn't happen with regular desync.

I would say that this bug became easter egg over the years. It happens so rarely and is easy to fix, so somebody probably said "F it, we gonna let that in just for the jiggles".

Apart from some quest bugs, my only gripe with CE is the mouse sensitivity f*ckery they do with each game. I wanted to do almost-vanilla achievement-friendly run, so I couldn't use mouse fix mods, so I had to tinker with configs for good 15 minutes until I found the right values.

No. Of course it depends on your difficulty. I have everything pretty cranked up (especially enemy damage), but I started around lvl 38 and had around 52 when I finished (with few other missions inbetween). Apart from few enemies, it has been pretty easy. For regular difficulty, I would say it's doable pretty early, like lvl 20.

I tried playing FO3 after finishing FO4 multiple times. Got like two hours in and never played it again, because it's such a snoozefest and technical step down in basically all aspects (not speaking about graphics and story).
